Gareth spearheaded our third overseas facility, which the team built from the ground up. Gareth trained the staff in diving, coral collection, animal husbandry and proper live animal shipping and export. Gareth operated the facility for almost 2 years, then came back to help run the Wholesale distribution facility in Southern California. Through his hard work and dying loyalty to the team, Gareth made partner in 2003.
